I’m totally overwhelmed with the company’s communication. Although it took a while to arrive, I bought three, giving two away, and keeping one for myself. Quality construction, and dishwasher proof. So affordable, but my internal laugh is priceless because many people tell me it’s a beautiful mug. They don’t have a clue!

I love the mug! Shipping, however, could be improved. Please use a more sturdy shipping box if your shipping overseas the box was crushed inside the bag, but the mug was fortunately intact. I’m looking forward to using the mug at work! It also might behoove you to let your customers know your shipping from China so when it takes over a month to get the item, they’re not surprised. The mug itself is high-quality and nicely made.
I get so many compliments on my mug. They love the colors and then I turn it sideways and they Crack up laughing and wanna know the website. I give it to them . They make great gifts.
