Damaged or Defective Lid
If your lid arrived damaged, cracked, or defective, please contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged lid
- A brief description of the issue
Once we verify the issue, we’ll help get a replacement sent out.

Lost or Accidentally Damaged Your Lid?
If your lid was lost or damaged after delivery, replacement lids may be available for purchase separately.
Please contact our support team with your order number and tumbler size so we can make sure you receive the correct lid.
